1–4 Foundation PCM rebuilt from first principles, no assumed knowledge. English and aptitude start in week one, not later. -
Months
5–8 Build Full 11th and 12th syllabus to CET depth, scheduled around your board dates. Weekly sectional tests. GK file opens. -
Months
9–11 Drill Complete revision plus full-length mocks under exam conditions. Pacing becomes a habit, not a hope. -
Month
12 Exam & Sponsorship Final revision, application filing support, group discussions and mock interviews.
What is covered
Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics
Full 11th + 12th coverage, taught to CET depth — which is broader but shallower than JEE. Different exam, different strategy.
English
Grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, error-spotting. The section most PCM students lose marks in and never notice.
General Aptitude
Reasoning, data interpretation, series, mental speed. Fully scoring if drilled, fully wasted if left to the last month.
General Knowledge
Static GK plus a running current-affairs file, with a maritime and geography bias — the way CET actually asks it.

Short-term crash course
For 12th-passed candidates and repeat attempts, where the exam is months rather than a year away. Students miss IMU-CET on pace, on the three non-PCM sections, or on an interview they were never trained for — so this is a diagnosis first and a syllabus second. It is a compromise, and we will say so on your call: with a year available, take the 1-Year Batch instead.
Stage 1 — Post-mortem (Week 1)
A full-length diagnostic under exam conditions. We isolate whether you lost marks to gaps, to speed, or to guessing behaviour, and write your plan around that.
Stage 2 — Targeted rebuild
Intensive revision of weak chapters only. No sitting through topics you already own — your time is the scarce resource now.
Stage 3 — Sponsorship-pattern drilling
Company written tests are not IMU-CET. Different weighting, different difficulty, different time pressure. We drill each major pattern separately.
Stage 4 — Panel readiness
Group discussions, personal interviews and grooming, run by officers who have sat on the selection side of the table.
